With over 10 years of experience in the film and TV industry, Tonya McCornell has worn many "hats" on set and this comes in handy when she needs to utilize her producer skill set to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together. She is currently focusing her creative energy on writing, producing, and directing content that showcases strong female characters. Her first short film "Tainted" is a psychological thriller that she wrote and will direct. It follows the story of a young mother who's tormented past makes balancing her emotions a daily struggle, but that doesn't stop her from fighting to save her family from the curse of Halloween. Tonya is also in the process of producing two unscripted shows. With "Rescue Moms", an interior designer, a beauty expert, and a natural foods chef swoop in to rescue a fellow mom in need of their expertise. "Up Your Ale" follows two sisters, married to best friends, busily breeding babies and brewing beer while opening a brewery out on Long Island.
